Return Process

- 2.Verify Eligibility
Ensure that products are in their original packaging and at least 50% full; please note that completed laser hair removal sessions are non-refundable.
- 3.Secure Packaging
If returning by mail, safely pack your items with the original receipt or proof of purchase to ensure a smooth processing experience at our facility.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once your return is inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a credit to your Satori Laser® account for future treatments.
